BARRY DEAN BREMSTELLER, rock climber, engineer, inventor, and artist, passed away September 18, 2009 from a fatal rock climbing accident in Denver, Colorado. Born in Baltimore, Barry grew up in Sharpstown from the age of 2, and later graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He then moved to Denver where he became a successful computer professional. He also started several unique and varied businesses, including a bungee jumping enterprise, a manufacturer of rock climbing accessories, and a popular computer art company called PhotoArt. Barry lived life with an intensity and emotion found in few others. His creative spirit and passion will always be an inspiration to those who knew him. Barry leaves behind his mother Barbara, brothers Johnny and Michael, son Max, uncle Johnny and aunt Lillian. A Memorial Gathering will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, September 26, 2009, at Earthman Bellaire Funeral Home, 6700 Ferris.
