Natalie Lea High McAdams, of Slidell, passed away after a brief illness at Slidell Memorial Hospital on Sat. Mar. 13. She was 77 years old. Mrs. McAdams, was a native of Walthall County, MS, and the eldest of six children.
Mrs. McAdams, was preceded in death by all three of her husbands, PVT Hilton Freeman, Wallace High, Sr & Louis McAdams, her parents Jessie Dunaway & Bessie Alexander Dunaway and a sister, Irene Dunaway Johnston.
She is survived by her children, Linda Freeman Pierce (George) of Kansas City, MO, Judy High Brister (Benny) of Pearl River, Wallace "Jr" High & Louis High, both of Slidell, 12 grandchildren & 10 great grandchildren. She also leaves behind sisters, Helen Brewer of Baton Rouge, Nadine Gibson (Hoot) of Florida, Doris (Reuben) Kirkland of Zachary, a brother, Jessie Dunaway of Mississippi, an uncle Bill Alexander of Baton Rouge, and a large host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Burial will be at the Enon Cemetery located in Enon, Walthall Couny, Miss.
