Louis Beurman died at his home at Lake View at eleven o'clock this morning at the age of 77 years and 10 months.
He was born in Hanover, Germany January 6, 1838, and was brought to this country when one year old. His earlier years were spent first in Baltimore, then in Hermann, Missouri, coming from the latter place to Lake View in 1867, and there he lived continuously until his death. On March 5, 1861, he married Anna Dorothea Mangelsdorf in Hermann, Missouri.
The following children survive him: Mrs. Sophia Agle, Albert, Mrs. Kuhn, Julius, Minnie and Louis Jr.
The funeral will be held from the home at 10 a.m. Thursday.
