Daughter of the late Clarence Elroy Niblack and Minnetta Lee Bruce Niblack, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mildred Niblack Crenshaw, and by a brother, Clarence Elroy Niblack, Jr. She was survived by a sister, Sarah F. Niblack; a niece, Sarah Jean Crenshaw Owens; nephews, Ray H. Crenshaw and Philip Earl Crenshaw; and friend, Miriam Dismuke. She was a graduate of Georgia College in Milledgeville, GA, with a bachelor of science degree in education. She was a school teacher and librarian in Port Saint Joe, FL, until her retirement. Her funeral was officiated by The Rev. John Brodess.
