Mossie Helen Dolly Wheeler, 77; of Jeffersonville Funeral services for Mossie Helen Dolly Wheeler, 77, of Jeffersonville, will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 10, at Coots Funeral Home, Jeffersonville, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. She died Thursday, Aug. 6, 2009, at her home. She was a native of Elys, Ky., a retired seamstress for Anderson Cleaners, a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and the Mastocytosis Society.Survivors include her sons, C. Phil Wheeler, of Jeffersonville, Mark A. Wheeler and his wife, Susan, of Clarksville, and Todd L. Wheeler and his wife, Laura, of New Albany; daughter, Patty W. Smith, of Jeffersonville; sister, Dora Isgrigg, of Jeffersonville; and grandchildren, Shannon Bline, of Jeffersonville, Sarah Davis, of Louisville, Adam Wheeler, of Louisville, Andrew Wheeler, of New Albany, Evan Wheeler, of New Albany, Denny Simcoe, of Pekin, Stephanie Gerdon, of Jeffersonville and Cory Simcoe, of Grand Falls, N.D.She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Wheeler; and daughter, Stacy Ann Tennill.Visitation at the funeral home will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday. The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Cancer Care Center on Green Valley Road in New Albany.
