Services for Edward Arthur Garrett of Prattville, Ala., father of Roy Garrett and brother of Mrs. Lecye Billings, both of Memphis, will be at 2:30 this afternoon at Longtown, Miss., Methodist Church. Mr. Garrett, who was 56, died Sunday in Prattville. He operated farms lin Tate and Panola Counties, Miss., until a year ago.
