Thomas L. Wolfgang, 64, formerly of Sykesville died Monday in Fort Worth, Texas. A native of Sykesville, he attended Sykesville schools.

Born in 1926 in Sykesville, he was a son of Merle Wolfgang and Lillian Irene Anderson Wolfgang. He was married to Margie Wolfgang; she survives. He was a veteran of World War II who served in the U.S. Navy and graduated from Texas Christian University.

In addition to his wife he is survived by three sons, Thomas Wolfgang Jr. of San Antonio, Texas, Terry Wolfgang of Ft. Worth, Texas, and James Wolfgang of Burlison, Texas; seven grandchildren; three brothers, John Wolfgang of DuBois,PA, Merle Wolfgang of Erie, PA and James Wolfgang of Warminster, PA; three sisters, Mabel Allen of Tonawanda, NY, Ruth Minnick of Uniontown, Ohio, and Irene Clark of Reynoldsville, PA.

He was predeceded in death by his parents.
