Gramma "Hattie" was the daughter of James and Henrietta (Simmons) Jones of Cohoes, NY. She was educated in Cohoes schools and was a communicant of St. John's Episcopal Church of Cohoes. She was married to Francis (Frank) Joseph Murphy also of Cohoes. She and Frank had one child, a daughter, Jessie Elaine Murphy. Today she is survived by several great-grandchildren and even more great-great grandchildren. (To many to list) She is buried next to her daughter in this cemetery.
