Frank P. Hintz, 86, 5890 Robin Lane, Stevens Point, died Sunday, June 3, 2007, at his home. He was under the care of Ministry Home Care-Hospice Services.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Torun, with the Rev. Wesley Janowski officiating. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home in Stevens Point from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and at the church from 10 a.m. Wednesday until the Mass. A general rosary will be prayed at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorials in his name will be established at a later date in lieu of flowers.

Mr. Hintz was born Dec. 15, 1920, in Stevens Point, a son of the late Peter and Pauline (Zoromski) Hintz. He attended local schools.

He was married to Glenis Hoppa on Feb. 23, 1952, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Torun.

After the marriage they settled in the town of Dewey.

He was a dairy farmer in the town of Dewey.

Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Linda (Bob) Fenske, Lori (Raymond Jr.) Klaips and Elizabeth (Bill) Webb, all of Stevens Point; two sons, Lad (Brenda) Hintz, Kellner, and Larry (Tracy) Hintz, Appleton; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by four sisters, three brothers and one grandson.
