Anna Gans, age 92, 1962 Iuka, Columbus, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 1986, at University Hospital. Mrs. Gans was housemother for Signa Alpha Mu Fraternity for over 55 years. She was preceded in death by husband, Fritz, and son, George (Whitey). Survived by daughters, Anna Shaw, Hide-Away-Hills, Oh., Henrietta Shampton, Dayton; daughter-in-law, Nancianna Gans, Naples, Fla.; son-in-law, Walter K Shaw; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and all the men of Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity. Funeral Mass 10 am Monday Newman Center, 64 W. Lane Ave. Father Charles Albright officiating. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call 7-9 pm Saturday, 2-4 and 7-9 pm Sunday, Rutherford Chapel, 2383 N.
