MRS. AUGUSTA MILLER OF NEAR BLANDINSVILLE DIES
Funeral services for Mrs. Augusta Christine Miller, 84, of Blandinsville were held Sunday at 2:30 p. m. at the Radden Funeral Home in Blandinsville with the Rev. Herbert Albright officiating. Burial was in Glade City Cemetery at Blandinsville.
Mrs. Miller died Friday at McDonough District Hospital following an illness of one week.
She was born in Sweden on April 16, 1879, a daughter of Charles and Hilda Gabrielson, and was reared and educated at Swan Creek. She was a member of the Lutheran Church. On November 2, 1898 she married Frank Austin [sic] Miller, who died in 1924.
Surviving are a son, Oscar Miller of Blandinsville; three sisters and one brother, Esther Strand, Thelma Allen and Gus Gabrielson all of LaHarpe, and Bertha Fentem of Colchester. One grandchild also survives. A daughter is deceased.
