Myrtle Keefer Caldwell McMahon was a telephone operator at the William Penn Hotel in downtown Pittsburgh for 43yrs; her 1st husband was Clifford Caldwell who died in 1950; her 2nd husband who was a widow, was George J. McMahon whose wife died in 1951- Mathilda Parker McMahon. Myrtle died in Ellwood City, PA outside of Pittsburgh where they resided after retirement. When they lived in Pittsburgh - Bigelow Hotel - - George was famous for feeding the sparrows near their building. Myrtle is buried with her 1st husband at Homewood Cemetery; George lived to age 107, passing at Passavant Reitrement Ctr in Zelienople outside of Pittsburgh.
