I'm not sure which Abigail Smith was their mother as there were two Abigail Smiths born in Medfield who would have been the correct age to be their mother; the first was born Sept. 25, 1774 and married Aaron Wight June 19, 1800 in Medfield, she died in Bellingham in 1849; the second was born June 7, 1775 and married Amos Baker Jan. 5, 1796 in Walpole, MA, she died in 1806 in Medfield.)
