Geneva"Bokey" Piper, age 69, of Mena, Arkansas passed away Sunday, May 27, 2012.
She was born June 16, 1942 in Needmore, Arkansas to the late Robert "Bob" Scott and the late Bonnie Wilhite Scott. Geneva was married to R. D. Piper on May 8, 1959 in Parks, Arkansas. She attended the Chant Lane Pentecostal Church in Boles, Arkansas and was an inspector for Aalfs and worked in the meat market at Moran's Food Land in Mena. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all who knew her and loved her. She will be dearly missed by all.

She was preceded in death by daughter, Donna Jean Piper, parents, Robert and Bonnie Scott, sisters, Aldena Tinder and Thelma Johnston.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. in Rock Springs Cemetery at Posey Hollow in Mena, Arkansas with Brother Mike Shaddon, Brother Roy Bass,Jr. and Brother Herman Woodard officiating under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home of Mena. Family and friends visitation will be Tuesday, May 29, 2012 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Beasley-Wood Funeral Home.
