Mabel M Hoover, 75, 2531 Strader Road, died Monday morning at Reid Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness.
She was a native of Dark County, Ohio and lived in this area most of her life. She was the widow of James Hoover.
Survivors include one son, Joseph Shiverdecker of Richmond; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three brothers,
Emerson Wise of Somerset, Ky., Lester Wise of Campbellstown, Ohio, and Ralph Wise of Texas; one siser Rosetta Smith of New Paris, Ohio; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mabel M Hoover will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Riggle-Walterman Funeral Chapel with burial in Chester Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
