The funeral for George C. Boklage, 54, of 3441 Park Row Drive, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Helen Catholic Church, 4005 Dixie Highway, with burial in St. Andrew Cemetery. He was killed Monday when a stack of steel doors fell on him at the Kentucky School for the Blind. Boklage was a self-employed transport consultant and a veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, the former Mary Mildred Buckman; four sons, Charles E. Boklage, of Chapel Hill, N. C., and Donald W., James L. and J. Eric Boklage; three daughters, Mrs. Shirley Lindle and the Misses Sheila M. and Jeannie E. Boklage; his mother, Mrs. Mary T. Boklage; and seven grandchildren. The body will be at Keenan Funeral Home, 4724 Dixie Highway, after 6 p.m. Tuesday. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Council for Retarded Children.
