Of Vandercook Lake, passed away Saturday at Foote Hospital, aged 80. Preceded in death by his wife, Laura. Surviving are two daughters; a son; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and one great great-granchild; numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Worden was a member of the American Legion Rose City Post and Eagles Post 3634. He served in the 82nd Airborne Division during World War II. According to his wishes, cremations has taken place. There will be no visitation or services at this time.
