She was born November 6, 1931, the daughter of Bertha (Hewitt) and Fred N. Beebe, in Groton, CT, one of six children. She graduated from Fitch High School in Groton in June of 1950.
She married Joseph Palmisano on July 31, 1950 just prior to his leaving with the Marines for duty in Korea. After his return from duty they made their home in Conventry, CT. This is where they lived and raised their family until the summer of 1979 at which time they moved to Gulfport, FL.
Survivors include her son, Joseph and his wife Sheila of Charlestown, NH a son-in-law Bill Kozlosky and his wife Dottie of Saugus, MA; five grandchildren; a brother, Eddie Beebe and his wife Geri of Groton, CT; a sister, Irene (Renee) Kimes and her husband Lenny of Groton, CT; a special nephew, Wayne Beebe of Claremont, NH, a special friend, Florence Palmer of Andover, CT and several nieces and nephews.
She was pre-deceased by a son Robbie in 1973 her husband Joe in 1988, her daughter Mary Jo in 1977, three brothers Maurice, Billy and Fred, and her special friend and companion, Ernie LeClerc, 2003.
Mary enjoyed life in general especially Elvis, country music, NASCAR (Dale Earnhardt Jr.) and dancing with Joe. She had many friends with whom she laughed often. She loved visiting with her many friends and relatives and a special birthday party when we celebrated her 70th. Her grandchildren were also very special to her, she loved them all so much.
