Daughter of Noyes Wheeler and Mildred Abby. Wife of Richard Judson Coghill (26 Dec 1866 in Woodstock, McHenry County, Illinis). Mother of eight: Alexander who went by Cooper, Matilda or Tilly (died as a young child), Frank (died as a little boy), Minnie P (died in infancy), William H, Ella May or Marion, Victoria, and Anna. Both Fannie and Richard were deaf, per a special census taken about 1890, but all the children had been able to hear.
