◦Nicknamed "Jake" and " O.J. ", as a young man he drove a bread truck. Later on he became an new car salesman at Howard Motors the largest Chrysler-Plymouth Dealer in N.O.,La. He turned out to be one of their oldest and best salesmen. He won many selling awards. Jake really love his beer. He also liked to fish and shrimp. He loved his dog too.

"BRADLEY-Owen John (Jake) Bradley of Belle Chase, La., on Wednesdy February 24, 1982 at 12:40 p.m., beloved husband of the late Genevieve Smith, father of the late Mary Lou Batt, grandfather of Arlene Batt Williams and Owen J. Batt, great-grandfather of Bradley, Richele and Natalie Batt and Jacob Paul Williams; brother of Louise Montgomery and William Bradley. Age 73 years, a native of New Orleans, La., and a lifelong resident of Belle Chasse, La.

"Relatives and friends of the family are invited to atten Mass of Christian Burial in the Chapel of Mothe Funeral Homes, Inc, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, La.., on Saturday February 26, 1982 at 9:00 a.m. A parishoner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Interment in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Mausoleum, Belle Chasse, La.

Parlors will be opened Friday, February 26, 1982 from 6:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m."
