Icy "Agnes" Vaccaro, 86, of Raytown, Mo., passed away Wed. May 23, 2012. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, May 26, at the Spring Valley Baptist Church, Raytown. Burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until service time at the church. Memorial contributions may be made payable to Stephen R. Vaccaro. Agnes was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent V. Vaccaro, parents, Robert I. and Esther Burks, three sisters, Opal Burks, Lorene Bond and Helen Birdsong. She is survived by one son, Stephen R. Vaccaro (Janet) of Raytown; one daughter, Vicki Sleyster (J. B.) of Harrisonville, Mo.; two brothers, Joseph Burks and Robert Burks, Jr. both of Kansas City, Kan.; two sisters, Bonnie Presswood of Granite City, Ill., and Nina Atwell of Olean, Mo.; one sister-in-law, Virginia Vaccaro of Blue Springs, Mo.; five grandchildren, Nathan (Sara), Jacob, Natalie, Emily, Robert and four great grandchildren.
