GERALD "BO" DICKSON
March 21, 1944 ~ October 27, 2020

Gerald Dane “Bo” Dickson was born on March 21, 1944 in Soper, Oklahoma to Leonard and Ruby (Haskins) Dickson.

Gerald married Eva Akins on October 4, 1974 in Clarksville, TX. She preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his parents; brother, Steve Dickson; sisters, Joan Jackman and Sherry Davidson.

Bo worked for many years at the Red River Army Depot as a welder and metal fabricator. He enjoyed riding around in his truck and taking in the sights. He was an avid reader and loved telling stories about his many travels.

Bo was a proud Veteran of the United States Army, serving 13 months in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the DAV, VFW and American Legion. He was also a 32nd Degree Mason. Bo will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Bo is survived by his daughters, Colleen Ayers of Missouri and Shelly Terral of Texarkana, TX; brothers Dalias Dickson of Hugo, OK; grandchildren, Katie Bergt, Daniel Thomas and Christopher Ayers; three great grandchildren along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
