JUDSON A. CREWS---SOUTH BOSTON, VA., May 2--Judson Andrew Crews, 76, well known tobacco grower, died in a local hospital late Thursday night from injuries received when he was kicked by a mule earlier the same day. Funeral service was held Friday at the home near Nathalie, Halifax county. Burial was in Ellis Creek Baptist church cemetery. Mr. Crews is survived by his wife, Rosa Ellen Crews, and these children; Mrs. J.T.Blanks, Mrs. C.E. Stanley, Mrs. Clarence Sanders, Miss Ruth Crews, O.P. Crews, and D.J. Crews, all of Nathalie; Mrs. F.T. Newcombe, Saxe; and Mrs. J.E. Stanley, Liberty.
