Son of Elisha and Dinah (Snow) Norton.

Revolutionary soldier.

Nathan Norton came here [Glover] from Strafford, Vt., in 1803, to settle on South Hill close to Samuel Cook. Nathan built the second frame house in town and kept a hotel/tavern for a number of years.
