She was a member of the Hermitage Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Southern Dames of America.
She left two sons, George L. Wadlington of Huntsville, AL, and Robert H. Wadlington of Memphis; a sister, Mrs. Courtney, Best of Cleveland, MS; a half-sister, Mrs. Maude Crowley of Texas; a half-brother, Isaac Lucius of Houlka, MS, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
