Gladys Marie Shepherd, 93, was the daughter of Roy Lee and Gladys Marie Chambers. She married Emery Cecil Shepherd on Oct. 2, 1940 in Bloomington. He passed away on April 2, 1977. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Ralph, Al and Roy Lee Chambers Jr. and a grandson, Scott Shepherd.
Surviving are two daughters, Cathy (Daniel) Killion, Bloomington and Sandy (John) Hoppe, Danvers; two sons, Roy Lee Shepherd, Bloomington and Emery Cecil Shepherd Jr., Decatur; a granddaughter, Shannon Schroeder, Bloomington and a grandson, Gary (Trish) Shepherd, Florida.
