Hollis M. Antle, age 81, of Todd Road, Jamestown, KY passed away Thursday, April 12, 2007 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.

A native of Russell County Mr. Antle was born on August 12, 1925 to the late Owen Antle and Nannie Letcher Antle.

He is survived by his wife Cressie Marie Helm Antle of Jamestown, KY; a son, Stephen Antle and his wife, Rebecca, of Jamestown, KY; one daughter, Anna Lou Ballou and her husband Anthony of Columbia, KY; five grandchildren: Kyle, Darren and Delena Ballou, and Brian and Fabian Antle.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Arnold Antle and Owen Antle, Jr.; two sisters, Mary Antle and Noma Antle; three half brothers, Marcus Antle, Vertis Antle, and Ray Antle; two half sisters, Gladys Miller and Zella Hadley.

He was a member of a Baptist church, and was a farmer.

Funeral services were held Sunday, April 15, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Donnie Coffey officiating.

Burial in the Helm Family Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Javier Noyola, Franzel Kimbler, Tommy Warren, Danny Lawless, Larry Helm, and Doyle Lawless.
