My Great Grandmother
Anna, loving wife of Harold Sperry, loving mother of Donald, Robert, Rolland & Betty Lou. Her sweet smile and love of life are part of the memories of her to be cherished. She grew up in Minnesota, and met my Great Grandfather there. Loved music and to play her mandolin.
She wrote letters to all 3 sons while they were serving
our country in World War II. I cant imagine how she must
have worried about possibly losing all three sons. Wish she could have lived long
enough to enjoy her grand-children and great-grandchildren... She is loved and missed
each and every day...
Cause of Death, Malignant Glioma of the Right Parietal Lobe.
Her brain tumor was inoperable and malignant. There was nothing the doctors could do to save her..
