Elijah's father was Moses Howe
Elijah's mother was Eunice Rogers Howe
Elijah was married twice.
Elijah married Patsy (unknown) in 1773 in Canajoharie, New York Or Belchertown, Massachusetts.
Patsy was born on 19 October 1753 in Coventry, Tolland County, Connecticut. Patsy and Elijah had six children. They were: Philotheta Howe was born in 1774 in Belchertown, Massachusetts; Samuel Howe was born on 10 March 1780 in Belchertown, Massachusetts; Roxanna Howe was born in 25 May 1782 in Belchertown, Massachusetts; Ezekial Howe was born in 08 May 1784 in Belchertown, Massachusetts; Patsy Unknown Howe was born in 1786 in Belchertown, Massachusetts; and Benjamin Howe was born between 1785-1790 in Massachusetts.

"Patsy" sounds a lot like Martha Patsy Parker (1753-1836), who married Elijah Howe in Belchertown Mass in 1782.
Martha and Elijah were founding members of the Union church of Decatur.
The second wife mentioned was Martha Parker, daughter of Elijah Parker and Martha Stiles, born 19 Oct 1753 at Coventry, CT. Elijah Howe and Martha Parker were married on 23 Dec 1773 at Belchertown, MA.

(Death)
Nov 15, 1771 Philothey the Wife of Elijah Howe. She catched cold some few days after she was put to bed with her first and only child a daughter which survives her. A nervous fever set in - she died just a year after her marriage.
(Marr)
Elijah Howe and Martha Parker both of Belchertown were married December 23, 1773 Mr. Forward (Rev officiating)
(bapt)
Martha Stiles daughter of Elijah and Martha Howe 2nd child Mar 15, 1778
Samuel son of Elijah Howe and Martha May 7, 1780
Ezekial son of Elijah and Martha Howe July 4, 1784 baptized
May 21, 1786 Joseph son of Rachel Davenport baptized on Elijah Howe's account
There are a couple of mysteries. The entire bit about Philothey catching cold is not in the microfilm of the church records, although it is in the transcription I viewed. The microfilm does have her name and death information - which matches. Who Rachel Davenport is, and why Elijah and Martha would take her son in is a mystery. Martha's father Elijah Parker also took in a son of Rachel Davenport - Benjamin.
Martha (Stiles) Parker, Martha Howe's mother, died in 1776. Appropriate that her name would be passed on in 1778.
