He was born in Johnson County, North Carolina, to the late Ernest and Addie Renfrow and was also predeceased by his daughter, Cheryl Lee Daniels; two brothers, Hezro Renfrow and Ernest Renfrow; and two sisters, Gladys Besson and Thelma Lee Bradford. Mr. Renfrow was retired as the market manager for Colonial Stores and was a master gardener.
He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Ria E. Renfrow; his son, Branden Renfrow; and a niece, Lee Lukow.
Burial will be private at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Cremation & Funeral Services of Tidewater is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bon Secours Hospice.
