Rites Thursday For Miss Eunice Ford Brock
Funeral services for Miss Eunice Ford Brock, 71, of Jacksonville, Mo,, who died at 12:30 a m. today at the Samaritan Hospital here, will be held at 2 p m. Thursday, April 10, at the Mt. Salem Baptist Church, with burial in the adjoining cemetery.
Services will be conducted by the Rev. Kenneth Hoggard, pastor at Mt. Salem, where Miss Brock was a member.
Miss Brock was born April 21, 1880 at Jacksonville and had lived her entire life in or near that community.
She is survived by a brother, Fisher Brock, and a sister, Miss Bessie Brock, both of Jacksonville, and 11 nieces and nephews. Two sisters and three brothers preceded her in death.
The body was taken to the Stephens and Goodding Funeral Home here where it will lie in state until the hour of service.
