He was born in Attica, Indiana on July 11, 1948 to the late Rosemary Shoaf Beavers Kirby and the late Edward C. Beavers.
He was previously married to Dorene (Everson) Barnhart in Covington. From this union came Mary Lou (Richard) Weber, of Covington, and Edward J. (Brandilyn) Beavers, of Crawfordsville. In 1977, he married Kathleen Odeneal; their son, Eric (Shelly) Beavers, of Danville, was born of this union.
He is survived by his wife; daughter; two sons; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary J. (Richard) Adams, of Covington, Indiana and Jennifer Davis, of Danville and one brother, Ralphard "Skip" W. (Lisa) Kirby, of Hohenwald, Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by his father, mother, brother Gregory Beavers, and one great-grandson, baby Jordan Thomas.
Midnight was a 37-year member of The Sons of Silence MC 1%-er. He held several positions including national secretary, treasurer, vice president, president and enforcer. He also has an associate's degree in applied science.
He worked at General Motors for 20 years, bartended at Julee's Shooting Star for seven years and worked at Vermilion Liquors store for six years.
