"AGANA, Michael Alvin Izydorek, 19, son of Alvin and Jennifer Agana and brother to Stephanie Agana, was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He was a loving son, devoted brother, and loyal friend. He is survived by his Grandmother Marietta and Uncle Jo Agana also of Tampa; Aunt Amy, Uncle Tom, and cousin Nathan Caraway of Orlando; Uncle Caloy, Aunt Emma and cousins Carlo and Bianca Agana of New Jersey; Uncle Albert, Aunt Cris, and cousins Coleen and Mark Agana of Manila, Philippines. Graduating from H.B. Plant High School in 2011, he loved playing on the drum line at competitions and football games. As a student of the University of South Florida, he was an engineering major and a Brother of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. Michael was passionate about music and ice hockey and loved to surf and golf with his friends. In lieu of flowers please make donations to LifeLink. Visitation will be held from 6:00-9:00 P.M. on Monday, May 21st at Blount & Curry Funeral Home, 605 S. MacDill Avenue, Tampa, FL. 33609, with a Catholic Wake Service beginning at 7:00 P.M. A Funeral Mass will be at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 22nd at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 509 N. Florida Avenue, downtown Tampa."
Michael Agana,19, of Tampa, died at Tampa General Hospital on Tuesday after doctors removed life-support measures.
Agana was a 2011 graduate of Plant High School, where he was a member of the marching band's drum line. He was enrolled at the University of South Florida and a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity.Agana's parents have authorized tissue and organ donation, said Hillsborough County medical examiner's office manager Dick Bailey
