OREGON CITY, Or., Nov. 13.--(Special.)--Mrs. Susan Linn, for 53 years a resident of Clackamas county, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Milda Shumway, in Portland Monday night. Mrs. Linn is the widow of the late Benjamin Linn, a pioneer sawmill man of Clackamas county. She crossed the isthmus in 1853 and made her home in Clackamas county, where she lived for 53 years. She was a member of the Woman's Relief corps of this city during the time she resided here. For some time she made her home in Portland with her daughter, Mrs. Shumway.
Mrs. Linn is survived by the following children; Mrs. Milda Shumway, A.N. Linn, T.W. Linn, Phill Linn, Ernest Linn and two brothers, Peter and Ben Noyer, both of Clackamas.
Funeral services will be held in the Baptist church tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. W.E. Pettibone officiating. Interment will be made in the Mountain View cemetery.
