Stayton – Lynne, 51, died April 28 in Stayton. She was born in Salem and lived all of her life in the Salem and Stayton area. Lynne graduated from North Salem High School and was a Rotary foreign exchange student to the Philippines for a year. She worked as a Nurse for 25 years. Lynne's life was devoted to caring for her family and others. She enjoyed watching her son race cars and her daughter ride horses. Lynne enjoyed driving to the coast with her husband, and she especially loved going to the San Juan Islands and whale watching.
Lynne married Rick Wall on January 25, 1979 in Reno, NV. She is survived by her husband: Rick of Stayton; father: John Gust of Salem; children: Adam Wall and Emily Cooper both of Stayton; brother: John Gust Jr. of Salem; and sister: Loni Marin of Salem. Lynne is preceded in death by her mother: Debra Gust; grandmother: Esther Michael; and sister: Christina Cooper. Graveside services were held at Claggett Cemetery in Keizer. Serving the family, North Santiam Funeral Service, Stayton.
