Mr. Warner was a machinist by trade and retired several years ago because of ill health. He lived at 531 Woodland Avenue, Woodland. ----
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. William P. Wilson of Woodland; sons, Orville of Aurora, Oregon, and Oliver Warner of Soquel, California; brothers, Leo of San Francisco; and Herman Warner of Portland; sisters, Mrs. Minnie Tamisier of Auburn, and Mrs. Edith Wright of Highland Park; and 18 grandchildren. ----
Mr. Warner was a member of the Nazarene church of Olinda. ---
Private funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow in Kraft Brothers' chapel. Interment will follow at 3 p.m. in Oakwood cemetery, Santa Cruz.------
