She leaves her husband, Francis Gallant; a daughter, Audrey McDonald; her mother, Sylvia (Noel) Moore; and a brother, Jack H. Moore.
She was the daughter of the late Francis W. Moore and Sylvia (Noel) Moore and lived in Ware for most of her life before moving to Wheelwright in 1993. She graduated from Springfield Trade High School in 1962.
Mrs. Gallant was a talented craftsman, including sewing, and won many blue ribbons at area fairs. She was also an accomplished painter.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on the following Monday in Brothers of Bethany Church, Dunhamtowne Road, Palmer. Calling hours were at Cebula Funeral Home, 66 South Street, Ware at 7 to 9 p.m. June 26th.
