Alice L. (JAMES) BRISBINE was the wife of William W. BRISBINE (b. 1874) [link # 89914555] and daughter of Byron S. JAMES (b. 1835) [link # 46973379] & Harriet W. POOL [link # 46973381]. She was born in Troy Twsp, Geauga Co, Ohio. After William died in 1941 Alice lived in the Portage County town/community of Garrettsville. Late in the winter of 1951/52 she suffered a stroke and was taken to Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna where she died two weeks later on 1d 3m 1952. William & Alice had no children of their own but they raised his nephew Edward A. BRISBINE as their own son.
