... Married Letitia (also spelled as Leticia) Case, about 1801, in Canandaigua, Ontario County, New York.
Together they had six children:
... George (1802-1811)
... Leticia (1804-1842)
... Seymour (1805-????)
... Harvey R ( 1807-1889)
... George M (1811-1868)
... UNK Daughter, known only as "Mrs. Gill"
... Chauncey M (1822-1871)

While definitive proof regarding George Hubbard's ancestors is yet to be secured, there are strong clues that suggest his parents were Nathaniel Hubbard and Lucy Johnson, of Blandford, Massachusetts.

Guardianship papers (dated Jan 11, 1794), suggest he was born about 1779, in Hampshire Co., MA (now called: Hampden Co., MA); which state he was 14-years old as of, September 10, 1793.

Guardianship was granted to his paternal uncle, John Hubbard (see: Memorial# 20528654). The John Hubbard Family, along with George, would eventually move to the Finger Lakes region of New York.

George first appears in the US Census, as head of household in 1810, in Canandaigua, Ontario Co. New York. By the 1820 census, he and his family had migrated to Wayne County, Michigan.

The 1830 census, showing his wife, Letitia as the head of household would suggest he died sometime between 1823 and 1830, in Wayne County, Michigan; however, no record has yet been found to pinpoint the exact date or location of his passing.
