Graveside services for Powell Alexander, 81, Bandon, were held at 2 p.m. today, at the Bandon Odd Fellows Cemetery, with Pastor John L. Ward of Faith Baptist Church officiating.
He was born June 10, 1907, in Hardin County, Tennessee, and died May 8, 1989 at Bandon, Oregon.
Mr. Alexander married Violet Edmonds, March 23, 1963 at Waukegan, moving from Argonne, Wisconsin. Mr. Alexander was employed as a professional cook for various firms.
He was proceeded in death by his daughter, Elizabeth Anne Hale, four brothers, Bill, John, Lewis, and Paul, and sisters, Beulah and Loula.
Arrangements are made under the direction of Amling Schroeder Bandon Chapel.
