She and Bill moved to Decatur, IL after their marriage. She subsequently gave birth to Paul Joseph & Florence Mary.
Sadly she died in 1915 from complication of TB.

Mrs. Nora Phelan
The funeral of Mrs. Nora Phelan, wife of William Phelan, was held at 9 o'clock Tuesday morning at St. Patrick's church. The services were conducted by Rev. Father J. Murphy. The music was furnished by Miss Irene Wiefel and Miss Margaret Muleady.
There was a large attendance - many employees of the Decatur Railway. The pallbears were W J Quinn, W E Weaver, I A Thorpe, H P McCune, W M Campbell and H Sharpe. The interment was in Calvary.

Mrs. Nora Phelan, wife of William Phelan, died at 7 o'clock Saturday morning at St. Mary's Hospital. Her death was caused by tuberculosis, after an illness of ten months. She had been at the hospital for the past five months. She is survived by her husband and two children, Mary and Paul. The body was removed to the Moran undertaking establishment and prepared for burial. Arrangements for the funeral have not been completed.
