Age 81 of Sugar Grove, passed away at his home. Son of the late Solomon Roy and Cora Mae (Bodkin) Simmons. 1948 graduate of Franklin High School, VFW Post 9666 member, and a member of the St. Paul Independent Church. 1961 - 1992 he was employed as a forest service leader with the US Forest Service in the Dry River District of George Washington National Forest. He was a veteran of the US Navy.
