STEPHEN BECHNEL DEAD
Stephen Bechnel, aged 60 years, a native of St. John Parish, La., and a resident of this city for twelve years died at his home on West Beach at 2:45 o'clock this morning. Mr. Bechnel was take suddenly ill and althought all that was possible was done to survive the attack. Deceased was well and favorably known in Biloxi and New Orleans and is survived by a widow, one daughter, three sons, one brother and four sisters. His daughter is Miss Virginia Bechnel are John, and Earl latter and P.A. Richards being an adopted son. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon from the residence on West Beach and will be conducted in the Church of the Nativity and interment in Biloxi cemetery.
