Orba was born in Chapin (Victor/Driggs area), to Samuel and Elizabeth Ann Murphy Woolstenhulme. She grew up and attended schools in Chapin. In 1939, she married Dave Burgener and they were later divorced. She married John Lavere Larsen November 3, 1956, in Blackfoot. She was a homemaker and mother. She also worked as a waitress and cook, then as a saleslady at Sears for 12 years, and later sold motor homes with her son. Her husband passed away August 17, 1979. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, camping, and sewing. Surviving are:
