The Nevada State Journal of 1/1/1884 makes mention of "Mr. and Mrs. Henry Price, of Unionville,..." indicating Rachel was alive at that time. No death notice or obituary was found for her.

The 1870 census enumeration recorded Henry and Rachel Price at Unionville, Humboldt County, Nevada, on which Henry was a native of VIRGINIA and Rachel was a native of PENNSYLVANIA. "H. Price" was listed on the abstract of the 1875 Nevada State Census, born about 1804, a native of VIRGINIA. Henry and Rachel Price were enumerated at Upper Lake, Lake County, California in 1880, where they resided with daughter "Christiann Gilbert" and her husband. Henry was a native of VIRGINIA and "Rachael" a native of PENNSYLVANIA.
