Harry L "Speed" Finn, 82, Millerton, NY, died unexpectedly June 7. He was born Oct 31, 1887 in Torrington, the son of Timothy & Mary Ryan Finn. He was married to the former Helen Deneen, who died in 1968. He came by his nickname during the days he played baseball. He was a member of the Dutchess County Baseball Hall of Fame. Survived by three sons, Leonard, Millerton; Robert, Millbrook, NY; Henry (Bud), Poughkeepsie, NY; two daughters, Mrs Mary Gilbert and Mrs Helen Arias, both of Millerton, NY; brother Andrew Finn, Poughkeepsie, NY; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren. Burial in St Mary's cemetery, Salisbury
