Graveside services were held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio on Friday, January 26, 1979 at 11 a.m. with Rev. J. V. Foster officiation.
She is survived by two sons, Chief Gelnn C. Roland and Albert Eugene Roland, both of San Antonio; one brother J.C. Collins of Medina; and six grandchildren.
Mrs. Lacewell was a member of American Legion Auxiliary No. 11 of Bexar County and the Auxiliary of Local No. 14 of the United Brotherhool of Carpenters and Journeymen. She was a member of Bethesda Temple.
She has many friends as well as relatives who mourn her passing.
