A daughter of the late Will A. and Beatrice Farrow Adams, she was born Dec. 1, 1920, in Stephens County, Ga., where she lived most of her life. She retired from Coats & Clark with a number of years of service, was a member of Carnes Creek Baptist Church and the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billings J. Coe. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Myrtle Adams of Toccoa and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral service was Saturday, April 21, 2 p.m. at the Carnes Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Earl Fowlkes officiating. The following served as pallbearers, Jeremy Andrews, David Adams, Tim Wilbanks, Travis Williams, Tony Williams, Ken Andrews, Tim Pruitt, Bryon Bennett and Corey Bennett.
Interment followed in Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Roger Whiten officiating at graveside service.
