She was the wife of the late Orbie Henry Lunsford.
She is survived by six sons, James and Russell Lunsford, both of Thomastown, Ga., Gene and Harold Lunsford, both of Willoughby, Ohio, and Charles and Roger Lunsford, both of Gastonia; two daughters, Mrs. Eunice Teal of Bessemer City and Mrs. Sara Shannon of the home; brother, James Adams of Porterdale, Ga.; sister, Mrs. Mabel Duffey, of Stockbridge, Ga.; 17 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted by Dr. Edward Maddox and the Rev. Carroll Henderson 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel at Carothers Funeral Home, Gastonia.
Burial will be in Gaston Memorial Park.
Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Covenant United Methodist Church, 801 W. Franklin Blvd., Gastonia.
