Passed peacefully at home surrounded by her husband and children, on February 12, 2008. She was born January 26, 1930, in Garden City, Utah to Vernon LeDuc Pope and Mary Icevinda Merritt. She was one of 15 children. She married Kenneth Smith Allred on October 19, 1946, at his parent's home in Ogden, Utah. They had four children, Linda K (Jon) Abrams, Lloyd Kenneth Allred, Judy Ann (Rob) Miller, and Burt Merlin Allred (Sherri).

Cleo was a very beautiful, intelligent and talented woman. She loved talking about her life as a child, her children and her grandchildren. Her memory was amazing! She enjoyed writing short stories, painting, fishing and camping.

Cleo is survived by her husband, her children, 14 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and four sisters (Alice, Evelynn, Mary Lou and Connie). She is preceded in death by her parents, nine brothers and sisters, and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 19th at 11 am at Leavitt's Mortuary, 836 36th St., Ogden, Utah. Family and friends may call from 6 pm until 8 pm on Monday, Feb. 18th and one hour prior to services at the mortuary

Interment to follow at Leavit-t's Aultorest Memorial Park.
